Nereide Chimera explores the idea of union through matter. Its dial is made of Iron Tiger, a composite stone made up of Tiger's Eye, Red Jasper and Hematite, where different minerals blend into a single surface defined by natural stratifications and visual depth. The name Chimera refers to this material union and to a broader cultural reference rooted in Venice. The winged lion, emblem of the city, is itself a chimera: a figure composed of different natures unified in a single form. Likewise, Iron Tiger brings together distinct minerals into a single textural expression.
